These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the seri33 platform, including guests without an account, registered users, and VIP members. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of seri33 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the information you submit is truthful. seri33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. seri33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password secure.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or fraud.
- Do not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Do not create more than one account per individual.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Do not use automated software or bots to access the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the seri33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet (TNG), and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Deposits are processed once confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider, typically within a few minutes. Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process and are usually completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method selected.
Seri33 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of the platform's terms of use. Users whose accounts are suspended due to such matters may be unable to withdraw their remaining balance until the investigation is concluded.
Any transaction disputes must be submitted to the seri33 support team within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.

Account Suspension & Closure
Seri33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms of use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a security concern. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any remaining credit balance.
Limitation of Liability
The seri33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy, or continuity of the service. seri33 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform.
Intellectual Property
